Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 15-days of receipt of purchase.
Items are eligible for return if they are in the same condition as when they were purchased, unused/unworn, in the original packaging, and with sales tags attached. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required for returns. Special Orders are not eligible for return without prior authorization by Paladin Safety, see Special Orders section below for more details.
Returns can be done by submitting a request to rachel@paladinesafety.com, calling (432) 223-2113, or visiting us in person. Once a return is approved, a return shipping label, and/or return instructions will be emailed to you. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect orders upon receipt and immediately notify us if any item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item is received. We will review any issue with your order and make every effort to satisfy your original order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including CLOSEOUTS and custom/special orders. If you have questions or concerns, please email us at rachel@paladinesafety.com or visit us in person.
Exchanges

Refunds
Once your item(s) have been received, we will inspect the return and provide you with a status update within 5 business days. If approved, your purchase price will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember timeframes are also dependent on your bank or credit card company and could take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Special Orders
a. Special Order Definition: A "Special Order" refers to any item ordered specifically for you that is not regularly stocked by the Store or requires customization. All special orders require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated order total at the time of order placement.
b. Return Policy for Special Orders: Special Orders are generally non-returnable. However, if a return is approved by the Store in its sole discretion, a restocking fee of 20% of the item's purchase price will be applied. This restocking fee will be deducted from any refund or credit issued. No returns will be accepted on special orders after 15 days from the date of pickup or delivery.
